I have reviewed the MT Standard Trust Deed, (the Deed of Trust) and I am hereby making a Declaration of Trust as a Settlor in the Trust, with the Trustee, Marathon Corporate Services Limited under the Trust Deed which governs the Trust. Such declaration governs all monies properties or value settled with, placed or deposited with the Trustee under the Trust.
